We work at a standard fee of 15%, however, we offer discounts if we have filled 3 or more vacancies for you within the year, or if the vacancy is exclusive to Hill McGlynn Recruitment.

Freelance Staff

    • Site Management / Professional Staff: £5 Per Hour or £45 Per Day

    • Labourers / Cleaners: £2 Per hour or £18 Per Day

    • Professional Trades: £3 per Hour or £27 per Day

    (All charges are subject to VAT)

  • We care about people, and we believe that our freelance staff deserve better.

    We have partnered with a company that provide free private healthcare, including 24/7 Doctor's appointments and 6 free counselling sessions.

  • I am going to let you into an industry secret, the large corporations will usually charge you their "temp margin" & a full permanent fee if you subsequently hire the employee.

    We don't! whatever you have paid for a freelance service is discounted from the permanent fee, if you subsequently hire the freelance worker.

    Also, ask your agency if they still offer you rebate for temp to perm placements? We do!

Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruitment

  • We will advertise your vacancy on CV Library and up to 50 other job sites. We will also conduct a LinkedIn Recruiter search and filter the best CVs.
